Branding development for Waldorf Astoria New York’s signature restaurant, Lex Yard, commissioned by Spherical as a freelance Senior Art Director. The project centered on luxury brand positioning, visual direction, and identity design, ensuring the new concept aligned seamlessly with Waldorf Astoria’s iconic heritage while introducing a fresh, modern sensibility.
Led by acclaimed Chef Partner Michael Anthony, Lex Yard is a two-story American Brasserie that merges the vibrant energy of New York with the essence of contemporary American dining. Its name draws from the hotel’s Lexington Avenue address and the storied Track 61 depot, evoking the legend of secret journeys once taken by distinguished guests and dignitaries.
